Administrative Assistant

We are seeking to hire Administrative Assistants!

Job duties and responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for our clients and partners, which means handling communications on the phone, via emails and in-person;

Taking messages, routing calls to appropriate members of the personnel when necessary;

Scheduling meetings, appointments and interviews, assist in preparations for them;

Support the executive with travel arrangements;

Regularly check supply inventory and purchase what is needed;

Other duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required;

Ability to listen proactively and assist promptly;

Proficient computer and typing skills;

Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite, and other business-specific software;

Be collaborative always with other Administrative staff and operations team;

High school diploma or an equivalent;

Must be an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
