Role Summary
Your work scope
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively sell our software services within the hospital enterprise segment. This includes identifying target accounts, understanding customer needs, and aligning our offerings to meet their requirements.
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers to expand our portfolio within the designated region. Utilize your network and market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Conduct thorough prospecting and lead qualification activities to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Manages the identification, creation and management of key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges and requirements of hospitals and healthcare providers, and effectively communicate how our software services can address their needs. Employ a consultative sales approach, conducting thorough needs assessments and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Provides financial analyses, long range forecasting and analysis associated with sales impact of the market solutions and overall success of the partnership.
- Cultivate, manage and develop strategic partner relationships to promote cross-sell and joint go to-market opportunities.
- Develop cross-functional partnerships with Product Line Management, Field Marketing and Sales to execute account plan strategy and sales programs driving business results.
- Facilitate product specific opportunities and funnel management to increase attach rate and strategic sales revenue.
- Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and pain points, and provide tailored problem-solving support leveraging hardware, software, and consulting solutions available.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal organizations such as Product Marketing, Customer Success, Marketing and Product Line Management to identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and drive value.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and research to identify client challenges, business opportunities, and competitive landscape to position Caresyntax solutions effectively.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling and tailored offerings, presentations, and demonstrations that express Caresyntax’s value prop. Develop and implement account plan practice to drive sales transformation and value-focused selling.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at hospitals (i.e. decision makers and users), becoming a trusted advisor and the go-to expert for perioperative value creation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Implements strategies to maintain account ownership, and successfully block competitive advancements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales opportunities through the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting, regular reporting, and proactive follow-up.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions, as well as to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-study.
- Flexibility: Be open to a dynamic environment, uncertainty, and regular changes.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven track record of success in solution selling (i.e. software + service/ consulting), preferably in a consultative sales role
- Deep understanding of Insurance business & networking, consultative sales methodologies, including needs analysis, solution development, and value-based selling
- Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend complex business challenges and develop effective solutions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage those projects in terms of quality, time, budget, and risks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities
- Prior experience in the MedTech/ HealthTech/ SaaS/ care provider industry is highly desirable
- Strategic thinker and people person
- Passionate for helping clients increase value and achiever their business goal
- Good team player with a genuine passion for products/solutions
- English speaking is a must, additional French, Spanish, German, Italian knowledge is a plus
