We are seeking a highly motivated „Senior ERP Consultant“, who is eager to take ownership and lead our ERP implementation. As a successful candidate, you should possess a curious and hands-on approach, along with a strong technical understanding. You should have exceptional attention to detail while keeping the broader picture in mind and driving innovation.
Qualifications & experiences:
- Prior experience as a Senior ERP Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on ERP solutions (e.g. Odoo, MS Dynamics,Sage etc.).
- Expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions for Finance & HR.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Proven ability to be hands-on in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Cross-functional skill set.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in both English and German.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP implementation process, including supporting the selection, gathering requirements, communicating with implementation partners, overseeing testing, releases, ongoing improvements, and more.
- Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with our companie’s tools and migrate services to the new application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to select, implement, and support vital accounting, management control, and HR tools.
- Drive continuous digitization of manual tasks within the Finance & HR departments.
- Align tools and digital processes with the overall Finance & HR department strategy.
