Job Description


Directly reporting to the VP DACH and in Hannover/Munster area, you’ll have the following missions :

  • Development of strategic ideas for developing new markets with existing customers in Germany and promoting growth together with the sales director
  • Operational responsibility for the targeted implementation and achievement of goals
  • Regular visits and support of internationally operating top retailers (top 100 worldwide)
  • Establishment of a stable structure with targeted KPIs to achieve a sound monitoring of the sales team
  • Optimization of existing processes and structures to exploit the potential of the inside and field sales team

Qualifications
  • A strong experience (5-10 years) in sales of technical digital product (SaaS, IOT Devices and services)You are familiar with retail sector and have excellent relations skills ranging from store level to company C-level. Moreover, you have a strong ability to identify solution value for the individual customers and transforming this into additional sales.
  • A charismatic personality with an eye for the essentials, astuteness and a hands-on mentality
  • A passion for sales and the drive to succeed
  • Fluency in German and English
