To strenghten our team at the Berlin-Adlershof site, we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist (m/f/x) on a permanent basis.
What awaits you:
- You´re responsible for the order processing
- Preparing of all required export and shipping documents
- Preparing and managing the quotations
- Communication of shipping and delivery conditions to customers
- Follow-up of invoicing, distribution, and communication of sales documents to the customers and other stakeholders
- Support in the preparation of certificates of origin, transport documents, quality certificates and in the adaption and dispatch of documents
- Updating the order planning
- Support in shipping repaired scanners, parts and accessories
What you should bring:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent training in Logistics or Logistics Management
- Experience in supply chain logistics will be an asset
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Strong attention to detail
- German fluent and good skills in English
