Alongside a team of UX Researchers, Conversion Optimization Managers and a Customer Experience Manager, you ensure that the user experience in the C&A online store and app is continuously developed.
Your responsibilities at C&A
- Close collaborative work with the CX Manager
- Support in monitoring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer feedback as well as maintaining and documenting various customer experience metrics (Net Promoter Score, CSAT, etc.)
- Independently setting up smaller surveys on specific customer behavior in the online store and create related analyses for different stakeholders
- Support the User Researchers in conducting and analyzing user studies
- Conducting trend, market and competitor analyses in eCommerce as well as identifying new touchpoints
- Create and approve A/B tests and personalization campaigns in collaboration with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) managers
What we expect of you
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business psychology, sociology, data science, communication sciences, business informatics, media sciences or equivalent
- Enjoy working with quantitative and qualitative data sets, good analytical understanding as well as interest in eCommerce and User Experience topics
- Results-driven approach and the right balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
- Profound experience in working with Excel, SPSS and R
- You speak German and English fluently
