Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers by identifying and targeting potential clients in the solar market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing sales and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the solar market.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the company, including marketing and operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on solar market trends and to network with key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and use insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the solar industry.
- Knowledge of PV / Inverter/ Energy Storage products
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of solar industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
